EICR Testing

If you rent a property it is now a legal requirement to test the electrical installation every 5 years. This requires an Electrical Installation Condition Report, or EICR, to be done. It is also a legal requirement for places of work to have an EICR test done every 5 years. We can carry out this testing for you and provide the report. The report will contain detailed information on the installation and tests on all the circuits. The summary will contain recommendations to improve safety and/or essential work to be carried out immediatly as appropriate.
